We understand that the Villa is no smoking and comes fully equipped for use and that a before and after maid service is included. We undertake to pay you a deposit of £150 which will be refundable on arrival home.      We also undertake to leave the property in a reasonable clean and tidy order.  We understand that we take no responsibility for any aspect of our stay in Spain other than the use of their Apartment. Please read  Full conditions.Please note that if there is excessive cleaning or damage to the Apartment part or all of your deposit may be withheld. Once the full amount plus the £150 deposit has been received the keys will be sent to you. The £150 deposit will be promptly returned once the property has been inspected and the key have been returned to us in England.
